House Meeting
Once a week, all moms and staff come together to connect, plan the week, assign chores, and grow through a short devotion. Co-living means learning to share space with others, communicate well, and support one another.
1:1 Case Manager Meeting
Each mom meets weekly with her case manager—a life coach and mentor—who helps set goals, provide biblical discipleship, and offer practical support. These meetings are scheduled at a time that works for both of you.
Group Class
Join all Selah moms for a weekly class on topics like parenting, emotional resilience, or anxiety support. Childcare is often provided so you can focus on learning and growth.
Additional Classes
Socials Class
About three times a month, we host a special workshop led by a volunteer or staff member on practical topics such as budgeting, cooking, or healthy living. These are great times to build confidence and learn new life skills in a fun, hands-on way.
programs & support
Selah Place provides long-term, supportive housing for mothers and their young children. Stays vary from short-term (1–2 months) to longer seasons of stability (up to 18 months), depending on each mother’s needs and goals.
We are a Christian organization, and all programming is built on a foundation of compassion, dignity, and hope. Moms do not need to be Christian to participate, but must feel comfortable engaging in a Christian learning environment.

Yes. If you’re working toward reunification, we’re here to support you. However, you must have a realistic plan in place and provide a letter from your CFS worker outlining the steps and timeline for reunification. We will work with you and your caseworker to support your goals and help prepare for parenting when your child returns.
