If you’re a mother who believes that Selah Place could be the right place for you, we encourage you to fill out an application. We serve women who are newly expecting, those who might choose an abortion without housing and support, and other crisis situations.
Who we support:
Must be pregnant at any stage in her pregnancy OR in early parenting stages
Must be alcohol/drug-free for at least 6 months before residency
Selah is a voluntary program, must be willing to follow program guidelines
What to expect:
Live in a home with other mothers and their children
Share a room with your child
Mentoring and discipleship
Basic lifeskill training and parenting skills development
Various programming and community support
Get connected with a church community
Selah Place will take into careful consideration if you are a mother who does not meet the eligibility. However, if you are currently using alcohol or drugs, do not have your children in your care with a reunification plan in place, current criminal charge/or pending that places child(ren) at risk, or are currently involved in criminal activity, we will kindly refer you to another program that will better support you in your needs.
